GTT’s revenue drops

GTT of France informed that revenues for the first nine months of 2015 were at €158.4 million, down 8.8 percent on the same period in 2014.

The company’s new orders for the first nine months included 29 LNG carriers, 3 FSRUs and one order for an LNG bunker barge, the maker of LNG containment systems said in a report.

The company also delivered 21 LNG carriers, 1 FSRU and 1 onshore storage facility with two orders for LNG carriers cancelled during the first quarter 2015.

Philippe Berterottière, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GTT, said, “Third quarter activity levels were in line with those of the previous quarter. In an environment that is still contrasted, our order book remains high, at 122 units.”

He added that over the coming months, the company will follow through with the industrialisation and marketing of the new Mark V technology, as well as new services.

“The current pace of vessels’ construction and sustained service activity allow us to confirm again our revenue and margin targets for 2015 and our revenue targets for 2016,” he said.

The company’s current order book consists of 108 LNG carriers and ethane carriers, 8 FSRUs, 3 FLNGs, 2 onshore facilities and 1 LNG bunker barge.
