Hay Shipyards to open construction plant near Ceyhan

Hay Shipyards A.S. has invested $350 million in the Yumurtalik Free Trade Zone ahead of the completion of the Samsun-Ceyhan and Baku-Tblisi-Ceyhan oil pipelines that will draw more than 1 million barrels of oil a day through the region.
