Ships dock in NYC for Fleet Week

Petty Officer 3rd Class Francisco Menacheca was a high school junior in Queens when the hijacked airliners struck the twin towers. Ensign Andrea Zenn was a student at SUNY Maritime College in the Bronx that day. Both of them saw the devastation in downtown Manhattan from their classrooms.
