Jee Engineer Shortlisted for Subsea UK Business Award

Jee Ltd announced that Paul Otway has been shortlisted for a Subsea UK Business Award in the category of Young Emerging Talent.

Paul was nominated for his work on projects as a subsea engineer, including design and assessment for the world’s longest subsea tieback. He also successfully completed a major subsea operation for a large corporation, leading technical and project management support for an offshore project.

Paul said: “I’m thrilled to have been shortlisted for such a prestigious award, and am pleased that my work with Jee has been recognised. I am honoured to be acknowledged and grateful for the opportunity to work on such high-calibre projects this early in my career. I thank the team at Jee for both the chance to excel within the industry and for the mentorship I have received to help me achieve my successes.”

Managing Director Trevor Jee said: “Paul has proven himself as an asset to Jee, and we are extremely proud of his nomination. Since joining Jee in 2009, Paul has already made a name for himself as a trusted and exemplary engineer, and we look forward to seeing even more great things from him.

“This nomination is a great achievement for Paul and for Jee, and we look forward to supporting him on the night.”

The winner will be announced at the Subsea UK Business Awards Dinner on 6 February.
