Kleven Orders TTS Crane from Offshore Construction Vessel (Norway)

Kleven shipyard from Norway has ordered an active heave compensated subsea crane for an offshore construction vessel from TTS Offshore Handling Equipment.

The crane will be installed on board an offshore construction vessel which Kleven will build for Rem Offshore.

The value of the crane is approximately USD 12 million.

To remind, Rem Offshore yesterday announced it has ordered an OSCV vessel from Kleven. The vessel is of the MT6022 L design with a  length of 117 meters and a breadth of 22 meters.

The vessel will be delivered from the yard in 2nd quarter 2014. The contract price for the vessel is approximately NOK 580 million (USD 106.4 million).
