Mexico awaits Peru’s LNG cargo

Peru’s only LNG export facility shipped another liquefied natural gas cargo to Mexico on Tuesday.

This is the fourth tanker this month that departed from the LNG export plant carrying a cargo to Mexico.

The cargo is being hauled by the 155,000 cbm Solaris, and it is sailing to the Manzanillo import terminal.

Peru’s liquefaction plant in Pampa Melchorita has exported 236 cargoes since its startup in June of 2010, Perupetro data shows.
