National Hyperbaric Centre Developing Team of Dive Supervisors

National Hyperbaric Centre Developing Team of Dive Supervisors

Due to a demand from the industry, National Hyperbaric Centre is now developing a team of experienced Dive Supervisors to assist with the Client projects on a global basis. The team will be made up of Dive Supervisors with a combination of air, mixed gas and saturation experience as well as Client Representative knowledge.

This will not only ensure that the company can support the Client needs but also ensure that the team can be kept busy working between the role of Client Representative and Dive Supervisor.

Some of the current Client Representatives have already expressed an interest in Dive Supervisor work as they would like to keep their panel hours up as well as their operational competencies. The rest of the team will be made up of Dive Supervisors who are currently on the panel but would like to take the step into the Client Representative role.

To ensure that all the personnel are suitably qualified and trained, NHC has developed a program for Continuous Professional Development, where the team will have access to a range of courses run by NHC to enhance their competence.

With the current team of personnel, and this planned expansion of resources, the industry should be confident that NHC can provide highly experienced Dive Supervisors and Client Representatives to support their offshore operations.
