New Dispatch for All Muller Maritime Holding Companies

As per 31st December 2012 the newly established Scheldt Maritime Services will coordinate all day to day operational port activities for Multraship, Antwerp Towage, Verenigde Bootlieden, Montis Mooring, Scheldt Water Trade, VeboCab and Vebo Nautical Services.

The aforementioned companies are all divisions of the Muller Maritime Holding Group.

Scheldt Maritime Services (SMS) will provide various services to the maritime industry, one of the core activities being dispatch services. The dispatchers of the former so-called ‘Centrale Sleepdienst’ and ‘Verenigde Bootlieden’ will form the key team of this new venture. Located at the Terneuzen lock complex, it will be operating on a 24/7 basis throughout the year. The Dispatch office has been fitted with the most up-to-date equipment in the field of (tele)communication and data processing.
