New general manager joins J2 Subsea

J2 Subsea, an Acteon company and a provider of ROV tooling products and services for the ROV and underwater survey markets, has named a new general manager of the company.

J2 Subsea said on Wednesday that it appointed Christian Blinkenberg as the general manager.

The company added that the new general manager would be based in Aberdeen.

Blinkenberg has over 15 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector from time spent in the UK, Brazil, USA, and the Nordic region.

John Walker, managing director of J2 Subsea, said: “Christian brings a huge breadth of industry experience and I am delighted he is joining J2 Subsea to strengthen our expanding team.

“This appointment will not only help us achieve our business goals but also allow me to focus more on the technological innovations that have helped J2 Subsea become a global leader in the provision of customized ROV tooling solutions for the ROV and underwater survey markets.”
