Norway: DOF ASA Makes Board Changes

Britt Mjellem has today informed the Chairman that she is resigning as Board member of DOF ASA. Britt Mjellem resigns at her own request, given that she will assume a leading position in a competing company. The company thanks Britt for her efforts and contributions as a Board member for several years and wishes her success in her future career.

The Board now consists of Helge Singelstad – Chairman of the Board, Helge Møgster – Board member, Oddvar Stangeland – Board member, Wenche Kjølås – Board member and Karoline Møgster – Board member.
