Norway: Esvagt Takes Delivery of New Fast Rescue Craft

Once again Maritime Partner was chosen to deliver a new fast rescue daughter craft to Esvagt. This last delivery, which just left the company’ s facilities, is the third in line of this version to Esvagt.

The craft is a customer specified version of the MP-1111 and is fitted with 2 x Volvo Penta D6 – 435 HP engines. Waterjet is of type Traktorjet HH431. This combination proves to give excellent speed and bollard pull.

Maximum speed is 34 knots and maximum bollard pull of this craft is 4,3 Ton.

Some of the specified features is an aft deck which is covered with grating thus creates a fully flush deck. Further on the railing can be folded out to ease cargo dropping from crane and helicopter.
