Ocean Installer Selects Oceaneering ROV's

The Norwegian subsea company Ocean Installer has awarded Oceaneering with a frame contract for the delivery of Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) services.

The frame contract is of five years fixed duration with options, and covers the supply of ROV services and related personnel for Ocean Installer’s current and future vessels. The ROVs provided will be new-builds with high specifications and systems for active heave compensation.

“We have chosen Oceaneering as our supplier of ROV services because Oceaneering represents the same level of quality and commitment as we expect from ourselves, and all our partners. Moreover, as Oceaneering can provide its services globally, having secured Oceaneering as a supplier supports our international growth strategy. We are looking forward to cooperating closely with Oceaneering, says Steinar Riise, CEO of Ocean Installer.

Ocean Installer is currently having Oceaneering ROVs installed on the contracted vessel, “Normand Clipper”.
