Norway: Volstad Shipping Enters Chartering Contract

Volstad Shipping AS has entered into a contract with Maritime Logistic Service AS (MLS), where MLS charter the “Volstad Supplier” for a period estimated until mid-June 2014 with startup mid-January 2014.

Charter hire NOK 200.000 per day (approx. USD 32.46).

For PSV “Volstad Princess”, the contract with Statoil will come to end 31th of January 2014. Volstad’s contract strategy is to have all vessels on long term contracts, but they expect that “Volstad Princess” will be short time in the spot market before long term contract is secured.
