Oceanteam CFO to leave company in November

A Norwegian-Dutch offshore service provider, Oceanteam, has announced that the company’s CFO Torbjorn Skulstad will leave the company.

Skulstad left on prolonged sick leave back in May. He then in July relinquished his duties due to illness, with Oceanteam’s CEO Haico Halbesma assuming his tasks in his absence.

In a statement on Wednesday, Oceanteam said that Skulgad would leave the company in November, 2016.

On a different matter, Oceanteam said that it will present its second quarter results on August 25 at 8 AM in the Hotel Continental in Oslo.

Oceanteam consists of two integral parts, Oceanteam Shipping and Oceanteam Solutions. Oceanteam Shipping owns, charters and manages deep-water offshore support vessels and fast support vessels while Oceanteam Solutions focus is to provide its clients with complete offshore solutions.
