OceanWorks International and Hydroacoustics (HAI) have joined forces with an agreement granting the combination and integration of the two companies.

The transaction was unanimously approved by the Boards of Directors of OceanWorks and Hydroacoustics.

HAI’s proprietary technology focuses on the generation of specific forms of energy from hydraulic and pneumatic sources, underwater remotely operated vehicles, diver interdiction/swimmer neutralization systems, aquaculture predator protection and human balance engineering for both commercial and military markets.

OceanWorks International is a subsea solutions engineering company, providing over 20 years of service to the military, oil and gas, and scientific and environmental markets.
