Peru LNG Cargo Heads for Mexico

Peru’s only LNG export facility shipped an LNG cargo to Mexico on Tuesday.

The cargo is being hauled by the Barcelona Knutsen, a 173,400 cbm tanker, and it is expected to arrive at the Manzanillo import terminal on April 8.

The liquefaction plant in Pampa Melchorita has exported 203 cargoes since its startup in June of 2010, according to PERUPETRO S.A.
