Petrofac’s CFO to leave in October

Petrofac, the international oil and gas facilities service provider, on Monday informed its CFO Tim Weller will leave the company to take up the role of chief financial officer of G4S, the integrated security group.

According to the Petrofac statement, Weller is set to leave the company in October 2016. The search for his successor is underway.

Weller joined Petrofac in September 2011 from Cable & Wireless Worldwide, where he had been CFO between May 2010 and July 2011.

He started his career with KPMG in London, eventually becoming a partner in KPMG’s Infrastructure Business Unit.

Until May 2010, he was chief financial officer at United Utilities Group and had previously held chief financial officer roles with RWE Thames Water Limited and Innogy Holdings (now RWE npower Holdings) from 2002 to 2006.

Weller also served as a non-executive director of BBC Worldwide until March 2013.
