Picture of the Day: Linthicum Surveys Channel Near Fort McHenry (USA)

A local boater captured this photo of the Linthicum at Fort McHenry recently.

The Linthicum, a 45-foot survey vessel, works in support of the deep draft survey mission in a 50 foot main shipping channel.

The hydrographic survey section relies on two 21-foot aluminum, outboard-powered, trailerable survey launches.
