PJSC Stroytransgaz Employee Receives Acknowledgement

On April 17, 2013 a high-profile award ceremony was hosted at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel for the staff of PJSC Transneft, its subsidiaries and contractors in recognition of their contribution to construction and commissioning of the Baltic Pipeline System-2 and Purpe-Samotlor oil pipelines and the second phase of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean project.

Alexander Zavizion, Deputy Head of the Oil and Gas Construction Department in PJSC Stroytransgaz, received a high appraisal and acknowledgement from the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2012, PJSC Stroytransgaz was one of the first contractors to complete the construction of the 197-km long segment of the ESPO-2 oil pipeline. The diameter of the pipeline is 1067 mm; the scope of work also included the construction of 8 block valve stations and a pig trap, electrochemical protection facilities, 10 kW- along the route HVL-6 and 10 kW – feeding HVL from 220 / 35 / 10 Magdagachi Substation up to 10 kW along the route HVL, 2 helipads, telemetry of the linear part and equipment with engineering and technical security devices. The construction of the section was complicated by the necessity to cross Chita-Khabarovsk motor road and Moscow-Vladivostok railroad. In total, 6 crossings were built over the motor road and the railroad.
