Seatower Names New Principal Engineer

Seatower, a designer of gravity foundations for offshore wind turbines and substations, has appointed Hans-Kristian Alveberg as Principal Engineer as of April 05.

Alveberg is an expert within post-tensioned concrete structures, and educated Diplom-Ingenieur (M.Sc.) in Steel Constructions in Civil Engineering from Universität Karlsruhe 2005.

Previously he held positions in Bouygues Group, where he was responsible for the design of numerous steel structures, as well as construction engineering for concrete structures.

This employment was followed by a position in Skanska where he as project manager had the responsibility for the Post-tension department in Norway.

Before taking up his current role at Seatower he was employed by Technip as a Specialist Engineer within structural design, where he did detailed design work and fabrication follow-up of subsea steel structures.

Hans-Kristian Alveberg will be part of Seatower’s Engineering department reporting to CTO Sigurd Ramslie, the company informed.
