Shell taps Dayang for topside maintenance in Malaysia
Malaysia’s services provider to the oil and gas industry Dayang has won a contract with Shell in Malaysia for the provision of “topside major maintenance services.”
Dayang said in a Bursa Malaysia filing on Tuesday that it would provide the services for Shell’s Malaysian subsidiaries Sarawak Shell and Sabah Shell Petroleum.
According to the company, the contract value will depend on work orders issued by Shell throughout the contract duration.
Dayang added that the duration of the contract was effective from 23 July 2020 until the completion of work later in 2020.
