Solstad wins contract extension for ‘Far Sentinel’ in Mexico
Norwegian offshore vessel owner Solstad Offshore and Mexican company Subtec S.A have agreed to extend the contract for the CSV Far Sentinel with 2,5 years.

Subtec is a Mexican company, with its base of operations in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, that is a part of Blue Marine’s business units.
The vessel operates in Mexico. The duration of the contract is now firm until December 31, 2022, plus two yearly options thereafter, Solstad said on Thursday.
The Far Sentinel has been on contract to Subtec S.A since 2015.
Far Sentinel is a construction support vessel of a Vard 3 07 design built in 2015 by VARD Langsten.
The vessel has an overall length of 142.6 meters, a beam of 25 meters, and a deck area of 1,800 m².
