Statoil renews two consultancy contracts

Norwegian oil company Statoil has renewed its two biggest agreements with Bouvet, a Scandinavian consultancy company.

The Oslo-listed Bouvet delivers services related to information technology, digital communication and advice.

The renewal includes the agreement which covers IT system development, administration, consultancy and various support services.

The other contract relates to Statoil’s quality management system, where Bouvet delivers business process services, consultancy, technical IT support and various support services.

Bouvet said on Wednesday that these agreements run for up 10 and six years, respectively.

“These are two large and important contracts for us, which confirm our good and close collaboration with Statoil,” says Sverre Hurum, CEO of Bouvet.

He added: “These agreements are also very important for our continued development.”
