1. Saipem Nets $520 Mln Worth E&C Offshore Contracts in Indonesia and Congo

Saipem has won new Engineering & Construction offshore contracts in Indonesia and in the Republic of Congo, for a total amount of approximately $520 million.

2. Norwegian Competition Authorities Approve Sale of Reef Subsea

The Norwegian Competition Authorities have approved the sale of GC Rieber Shipping’s share in Reef Subsea to HV V Invest Golf AS and HV V Invest Golf II AS.

3. Wood Group Bags Major Contract from Talisman (UK)

Wood Group PSN (WGPSN) has been awarded its first major contract in the UK in 2014. The five year contract extension from Talisman Sinopec Energy UK is valued at $500 million USD and includes an option for two additional, two year extensions.

4. DOF Subsea Bags Mooring Contract in Asia Pacific

DOF Subsea, a subsidiary of DOF ASA, has been awarded a contract for mooring installation in the Asia Pacific region.

5. Global Industries Extends Contract for CSV ‘Normand Commander’

Global Industries Offshore L.L.C, a company owned by Technip, has exercised their option to extend the contract for the construction vessel “Normand Commander” with one year from June 2014.
