Total extends crane services deal with Enermech

Oil company Total has hired EnerMech for North Sea crane operation and maintenance.

According to Enermech, the contract is for three years, with two one-year options.

Enermech’s previous five-year contract with Total E&P UK for the provision of operation and maintenance services across 10 pedestal cranes has been revised and updated to include scope for 19 gantry cranes. The contract covers a range of Total’s UKCS assets.

EnerMech Regional Director for Europe, Phil Bentley, said: “This new contract with Total E&P UK cements a long-standing relationship and is strategically important for the growth of our mechanical handing services business line.”
