The U.S. weekly offshore rig count remains unchanged at 19 active units for the third week in a row, Baker Hughes’ weekly rig count, released on Friday, shows.

Baker Hughes Rig Count: U.S. +1 to 1,060 rigs

U.S. Rig Count is up 1 rig from last week to 1,060, with oil rigs up 2 to 861 and gas rigs down 1 to 197.

U.S. Rig Count is up 144 rigs from last year’s count of 916, with oil rigs up 128 and gas rigs up 15.

The U.S. Offshore Rig Count is unchanged at 19 rigs and down 4 rigs year-over-year.

Baker Hughes Rig Count: Canada +18 to 99 rigs

Canada Rig Count is up 18 rigs from last week to 99 rigs, with oil rigs up 21 to 56 and gas rigs down 3 to 43.

Canada Rig Count is unchanged at 99 rigs from last year’s count of 99, with oil rigs up 5 and gas rigs down 5.
