UK: Phil Pauley Introduces Marine Solar Cells to Harness Sun and Wave Power

In order to generate solar and wave power, Phil Pauley has developed Marine Solar Cells that can collect energy offshore, using a combination of floating photovoltaics and natural buoyancy displacement.

The devices can be stationed offshore by attaching them to underwater moorings, where they create subsea power packs.

The units can be made utilizing recycled materials.

This technology has the potential to become a new energy source, especially if attached beneath the surface in violent high ocean regions.
