ADIK Shipyard Delivers Eight LCT Vessel to Turkish Naval Forces

ANADOLU (ADIK) Shipyard has successfully delivered to Turkish Naval Forces Command TCG Ç-158, the Eight vessel of three years long 8 strong vessel Landing Craft Tank (LCT) project.

Thus for the first time a Navy project undertaken by a privately owned Naval Shipyard is completed on time and on scheduled as it was planned back im July 2009.

ANADOLU Shipyard is actually proceeding with 8 vessels Landing Craft Tank project and 2 vessels Landing Ship Tank project for Turkish Naval Forces Command. These vessels are built according to NATO and all other relevant Navy standards.

The Ship is a mono-hull type vessel, all steel construction, designed to meet the speed, sea keeping maneuverability and stability requirements of Turkish Naval Forces Command. The expected service life will be 30 years.

Displacement 1155 tons full load

Speed: 20 knots

Range: 400 nm / 16 kts

Crew: 22

Cargo: 320 tons / 250 troop
