Another Qatari LNG shipment on way to UK

The UK’s South Hook LNG terminal is due to receive the fourth cargo of chilled gas from Qatar in February.

The Al Rekayyat LNG carrier, with a capacity of 216,000 cubic meters, is expected to arrive in the Milford Haven waterway and dock at the terminal’s jetty on February 16, port authority data reveals.

The South Hook terminal can process 15.6 million tonnes of LNG a year and is capable of delivering 21 billion cubic meters of gas a year into the UK’s national transmission system.
