China: Hantong Shipyard Launches Bulk Carrier HT096

On 16th Nov. 2012,the 57000DWT Bulk carrier (HT096)  built by Jiangsu Hantong Ship Heavy Industry for Eagle has been successfully launched on No.1 slipway of Hantong.

The vessel is class approved by LR. vice general manager Mr. Zheng Xishan who, together with the representatives of the ship-owner and the class, attended the ceremony.

Jiangsu Hantong Ship Heavy Industry Co. (HTS) is a newly-built large and medium-sized enterprise. The shipyard gained the accreditation of ISO9001:2002 and OSAH14000/GB25008 the quality management system and is engaged in the construction of large vessels and ocean engineering units approved by Class like ABS, DNV, BV, LR, CCS.
