Costa Concordia Refloating Nears Completion

Technicians are at work to complete Costa Concordia refloating.

During the night, despite the strong winds, the wreck has emerged of about 11 meters; there are therefore 3 more meters to reach the required draft.

Starboard sponson S4 is almost in position.

Work is in progress to lower sponsons S5 and S14.
