Forum Makes Management Changes

Forum Energy Technologies has promoted John C. Ivascu to serve as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective February 15, 2019. 

In addition, James L. McCulloch, Forum’s general counsel since 2010, has transitioned to serve as chief compliance officer and as an advisor to the chief executive officer.

John C. Ivascu joined Forum in 2011 as assistant general counsel. Most recently, he served as vice president, deputy general counsel and secretary.

Prior to joining Forum, Ivascu practiced corporate law at Vinson & Elkins and served as an attorney for the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement.
