Shipbuilding and repair company Lita Ocean has delivered an Incat Crowther-designed crewboat to Singapore-based PSA Marine.

Incat Crowther said on Tuesday that Lita Ocean had delivered Summit PSA 5, a 25-meter monohull crewboat.

According to Incat, the vessel is owned and operated by Singapore-based PSA Marine and will provide transport of both personnel and light cargo to and from a floating storage regasification unit (FSRU).

The vessel is powered by two MAN D2842 LE410 marine engines rated at 809 kW at 2,100 rpm driving two fixed pitch propellers. The vessel has a full load speed in excess of 26 knots, easily exceeding the contract requirement of 25 knots.

Summit PSA 5 also has two staterooms for four crew members. A large galley, mess area, washroom, laundry room, and pantry complete the crew accommodations.

The main deck has 45 square meters of aft cargo space covered in hardwood planking and a passenger cabin featuring 16 business class seats, 16 economy seating, one water closet, luggage shelves, two PFD storage lockers, and a deck locker.
