According to GTT, the orders were made in the first quarter of 2023 for a total of three new LNGCs, two on behalf of a European ship owner and one for an Asian ship owner.

GTT will design the tanks of these three vessels, which will each offer a total cargo capacity of 174,000 m3.

They will be fitted with the NO96 GW membrane containment system, developed by GTT.

The delivery of the vessels is scheduled between the first and the second quarters of 2027.

In January this year, GTT announced another order from DSME. It said that, in the fourth quarter of 2022, it received three orders from DSME for the tank design of four new LNGCs, on behalf of several international shipowners.

The four vessels, each of them offering a capacity of 174,000 m3, will be fitted with a NO96 family membrane containment system developed by GTT, with delivery scheduled between the third and the fourth quarters of 2026.
