Neptune director resigns

Australian subsea services provider Neptune has appointed a new independent director while another director resigned.

Neptune said that Dominic Siu resigned as a director of the company following four and a half years of service.

Dominic Siu is the chief financial officer of Singapore’s MTQ Corporation Limited. He graduated with a Bachelor of Civil and Structural Engineering degree and is a chartered accountant qualified in the UK and has held senior finance positions in Greater China and South East Asia regions.

The company added that it appointed Nicholas Cocks as an independent director. Cocks is the lead independent director and a member of the remuneration committee of MTQ Corporation Limited. He is also the chief executive officer of the Readymix Group.

Cocks graduated from Australian National University with a degree in commerce.
