Normand Reach Arrives in Aukra, Norway

The hull of Normand Reach vessel today arrived at Reach Subsea’s site in Aukra where she will be outfitted.

The vessel, owned by Solstad Offshore, was launched in December last year in Romania.

Normand Reach has an overall length of 121 meters, 23 meters beam, 1300 square meters of deck, 7.2 x 7.2m working moonpool and a 250 ton subsea construction crane with 3000m wire.

The vessel has accommodation for 100 people and is designed according to the latest environmental standards with focus on comfort and fuel consumption, and complies with DNV’s Clean Design notation.

After the outfitting and delivery from the yard in May, the vessel will start its contract with DOF Subsea in the North Sea.
