Norway: Havila Secures PSV Contracts Worth USD 60 Million
Havila Shipping ASA, a Norway based ship owner, announces that it has entered into a contract with Total E&P UK for the PSV vessel Havila Commander for a firm period of five years.
Total E&P UK will also have two optional periods each of one year. The contract for the vessel, delivered in June 2010 from Hellesøy Yard Løfallstrand, is scheduled for start this month.
Also, Norske Shell AS has declared one year option for the PSV vessel Havila Borg, which will keep the vessel on charter with Norske Shell AS until 15th July 2013.
The total value of the contracts is estimated at approximately USD 60 million.
