Platform Supply Vessel NB 126 Painted and Ready for Launch

Simek shipyard is almost ready for the sea-launching of Platform Supply Vessel (NB 126) of UT 755 LC design. The hull is painted completely, and the equipment for sea-launching is installed.

The remaining Block 5, the superstructure, will be assembled after sea-launching by a floating crane. Sea-launching is scheduled for May 12th 2012.

The UT 755 LC is a development of the popular UT 755 series vessel, designed specifically for supplying equipment to oil and gas platforms. The vessel will have an extended hull and larger deck space to increase the capacity for transportation of solid and liquid cargo.
