Norway: Rem Offshore Enters Charter Contract for OSCV ‘Rem Installer’

Rem Offshore ASA has entered into a long term contract agreement with an international subsea company for the OSCV vessel “Rem Installer”. The vessel is of MT 6022 design.

The vessel will be delivered from Kleven Verft AS in June 2013. The firm contract period is 3 years, with an option for charterer to change the fixed period to 5 years before commencement of the contract. The contract commencement is scheduled after the vessel’s delivery from the yard.
