Oceaneering Continues with Ocean Intervention III

Oceaneering has extended the charter period for MV Ocean Intervention III vessel for one year, Island Offshore informs.

According to Island Offshore, options for further extensions are included in the contract.

Ocean Intervention III is performing subsea IMR work in Angola, and has been in service for Oceaneering since 2007.

“We are very pleased with this extension and look forward to continue the good cooperation with Oceaneering in the year to come,” says Managing Director in Island Offshore, Håvard Ulstein.

The 90.7 meters long SSCV was built by Kleven in 2005, has a 823 square meters deck area with accommodation for 74 people and features two Oceaneering Work Class ROVs.
