The office will be located at Groundworks in the Port of New Bedford, Massachusetts.

“In addition to this, we are pleased to be supported by Xodus Group in the establishment of our US presence,” ProCon said.

“Thus, we already have boots on the ground, have started developing our setup to meet customers, understand local stakeholder requirements and we are actively engaging with the local supply chain. Consequently, we have also become a part of the New Bedford Ocean Cluster.”

ProCon Wind Energy officially established a subsidiary in the U.S. for the local offshore wind sector this summer.

According to the company, the decision to enter the market came after completing the electrical construction of the two transition pieces for the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) project.
