Rem Offshore Orders OSCV from Kleven Verft (Norway)

Rem Offshore ASA has entered into a newbuilding contract for one OSCV vessel at Kleven Verft AS. The vessel is of the MT6022 L design with a length of 117 meters and a breadth of 22 meters.

The vessel will be delivered from yard in 2nd quarter 2014. The contract price for the vessel is approx NOK 580 million (approx $105.9 MLn).

Rem Offshore ASA fleet currently consists of 17 vessels, including 3 vessels under construction (1 AHTS, 9 PSVs, 3 MPSVs and 4 OSCV). REM Offshore operates a new and modern fleet with an average age of ca 2 years and the company currently employs about 400 highly qualified workers.
