SGS Aquires Muldoon Marine Services

SubSea Global Solutions (SGS) has acquired Muldoon Marine Services.

Muldoon Marine Services is a commercial diving and NDT company serving Long Beach and Los Angeles.

The company was founded in 1988.

“We are very excited at the opportunity to increase the services that we provide to our customers in locations throughout California and abroad,” SubSea Global Solutions said.

Subsea Global Solutions consists of the assets and personnel of Miami Diver, Miami Diver Panama, Miami Diver International, Parker Diving Service and now Muldoon Marine Services.
