The Netherlands: Bodewes Shipyards Successfully Launches NB 760 Vessel

On Thursday the 21st of July at 11:00 hours Bodewes Shipyards successfully launched their new building 760 vessel.

The ships built on the yard are creations of skilled and motivated craftsmen. Bodewes Shipyards uses sectional construction as building method. This has the advantage that building can proceed in a number of places at the same time. Further, sectional construction makes it possible to contract some work out to specialist firms.

Bodewes Shipyards BV is a leading modern shipyard group situated along the Winschoterdiep. Since the foundation in 1812 (almost 200 years ago), their activities have focused on the designing and building of ships and the contact with clients based on the principles of quality, reliability and flexibility.
