VIDEO: Bibby Athena Presented at Ocean Business

The following video shows Bibby HydroMap’s managing director Andy McLeay giving a tour of the company’s latest survey vessel Bibby Athena and its newly launched survey ROV d’ROP.

Bibby HydroMap was one of the exhibitors at Ocean Business, which also included tours of its Bibby Athena.

Whilst showcasing the new Bibby HydroMap branding for the first time, the company welcomed visitors aboard the 27.5m semi-SWATH catamaran, which was launched earlier this year.

“The vessel effectively competes with much larger vessels on oil and gas and offshore renewables projects, particularly with the addition of the new remotely operated survey platform d’ROP,” said the company in a statement.

With an overall increase of 29% in visitor numbers, Ocean Business 15 was the most successful to date, with 38% of visitors travelling from outside of the UK.
