Vinashin Receives ISO 9001-2008 Certificate

The ISO 9001-2008 certificate was given to Vinashin Group at a ceremony held at the Group’s headquarters on 22nd of July 2013.

Applying quality management system ISO to its business and production activities, the company has increased its production effectiveness step by step with the aim “of becoming one of the confident and capable companies in the shipbuilding world and marine industries”. The company has set up a professional staff and proven its innovation capabilities striving to attain success and satisfy strict demands of customers.

With the certificate of ISO 9001-2008, Vinashin proves its capability and prestige to domestic and foreign partners.

Giving a speech during the ceremony, Mr. Do Thanh Hung – member of Vinashin Council- congratulated all the staff on the occasion of receiving the certificate. He also pointed out that this was a very important event. As a result, the staff have to continuously improve quality and effectively implement the standards of ISO 9001-2008 in their work.
