ASD Tug TSM Albatre Enters Service (UK)

ASD tug “TSM Albatre”, built by Padmos Shipyard, has successfully entered service with a bollard pull of 32t and free running speed of 11.4 knots the vessel is a compact and versatile workhorse.

The French-flagged tug covers 19 meters in length with 8 meters breadth and it can develop a maximum speed of 11.6 knots, its average speed being 9.8 knots. The vessel is equipped for towing from both the bow and stern in addition to plough dredging, Macduff Ship Design Ltd, the designer of the vessel announced.
