Corps Introduces Monongahela River Dredging Plan (USA)
The Corps of Engineers has introduced a plan for emergency dredging at the Charleroi-Monessen Bridge on the Monongahela River.
The general scope of work includes:
– furnishing all necessary floating plant equipment,
– labor works, and
– supplies to perform work consisting of channel dredging.
The period of performance will be 40 calendar days. The Request for Quotation will be issued approximately May 22, 2013 on-line at the Federal Business Opportunities website.
