DOF Subsea Sells Skandi Bergen (Norway)

DOF Subsea Rederi AS, a company in DOF Subsea Group, has signed an agreement for the sale of the vessel Skandi Bergen to an international buyer.

Delivery to new owners is expected in early 2014. Based on current USD / NOK exchange rate, it is estimated a gain on sale of assets of approximately NOK 200 million.

As a result of the sale, the project activities in the North Sea increase use of third party vessels to carry out projects.
