Ariston Contracts Jinling Shipyard for 10 Handysizes

CSC Jinling Shipyard has secured an order to construct as much as ten 35.000 DWT dry bulk carriers for Ariston Navigation of Greece.

The deal is for seven handysizes plus an option to build three more. The Company did not disclose the financial terms of the contract, Seatrade Asia Online reports.

CSC Jinling Shipyard, founded in 1952, covers an area of over 1,230,000 square meters. Since 1996 Jinling Shipyard completely entered into international newbuilding market to build different type of high quality vessels like RORO vessel, production oil tanker, chemical tanker, platform supply vessel, container vessel. Multi-purpose vessels, bulk carriers, floating docks etc for domestic and foreign customers are build according to the latest standards of Class Societies of CCS, ABS, GL, LR, BV, DNV, NK.
